Dean’s Certification
Some professional and graduate schools, particularly law schools, as well as state boards and federal agencies require applicants to submit a “Dean’s Certification” form that provides information on academic and disciplinary issues that students may have encountered as an undergraduate. Students will ask the Dean of Students office at 413 Student Services Building to complete this form.
