Dear Graduates,
Good afternoon, and congratulations on your recent graduation! I have some additional copies of the spring commencement program and of the official invitation to graduation sent from the College to graduates this past February. If you would like an additional copy of one or both items for a family member who was unable to attend, for a scrapbook, or just for a personal keepsake, please let me know by close of business this coming Friday (June 5). If you are unable to pick the items up due to being out of town, etc., you are welcome to send a friend of family member in your stead, or I can hold what you need until you return in the fall.
