However, this e-mail pertains only to students who submitted a Personal Data Form in the Dean's Office to have their name changed in the LDAP system. If you did not complete this form, you may disregard this e-mail.***
Dear Graduating Student,
Good evening! According to Human Resources, all personal data forms submitted by our office have been processed and corrected in LDAP. To confirm that your name has been corrected, go to http://directory.utk.edu/ and run a people search on yourself.
I have corrected all the mistakes for your seating cards. Please do NOT correct the info on the RSVP page even though I originally asked you to do so. It will only complicate things on my end.
If your name still shows up incorrectly on the people search, please shoot me an e-mail and let me know.
