Deadlines for College of A&S Graduation

Dear 2009 Spring and Summer Graduates of the College of Arts and Sciences,
Good Tuesday morning! Please note that today is the absolute, final deadline to submit your online RSVP for graduation. The RSVP page will be unavailable following today.
- Still need to RSVP? Go to www.artsci.utk.edu, click on the graduation graphic to the right, and select the RSVP Information tab.
- Want to confirm that your RSVP was submitted? You do not need to contact me. Simply return to the RSVP page. If the information you added to the form (phone number, guest number, phonetic pronunciation, etc.) appears when you log in with your username, your information was successfully submitted.
Today is also the absolute, final deadline to adjust your number of guests. The College will be unable to accommodate additional guests after today, so it is very important that you confirm your number of guests on the RSVP page today. To check or change the number of guests you have submitted, log into the RSVP page. If you anticipate having more than 20 guests (the maximum number allowed on the website), please confirm with each of your expected guests first and then e-mail me the total at artscigrad@utk.edu by midnight tonight.
