Subject: Grad Ticket Pick-Up Time Extended TODAY!
Dear Spring and Summer Graduates,
***Please read to the endof this e-mail.***
Graduate tickets, guest tickets, and honor cords will be distributed between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. today outside of Rocky Top in the University Center. Please note that a photo ID is required for pick-up of all the above items. Family members or friends are not able to pick these items up for you.
We have extended our time of distribution from 2:00 until 4:00 so that we may assist more students. Many students yesterday encountered problems with tickets, honor cords, etc. that we were able to resolve.Please note, however, that those same problems could not have been resolved had the students waited until the graduation rehearsal to pick up their items.
If you are thinking about waiting until the rehearsal but could come today, please realize that we will be extremely limited in correcting any problems that come up at the rehearsalregarding tickets, honor cords, etc. due to it being only a few hours before close of business the afternoon before commencement.
I cannot stress this enough--come today if at all possible.
