Dear 2009 Spring and Summer Graduates of the College of Arts and Sciences,
Good Tuesday afternoon! Just a quick note to remind you that the last day for participating graduates to RSVP for commencement is Tuesday, March 31st. The College will be unable to accommodate additional guests after this date, so it is very important that you RSVP and confirm your number of guests on the website by that date. If you anticipate having more than 20 guests (the maximum number allowed on the website), please confirm with each of your expected guests first and then contact me by March 31st at hcockrum@utk.edu.
Still need to RSVP?
To RSVP, go to www.artsci.utk.edu, click on the graduation graphic to the right, and select the RSVP Information tab.
Want to confirm that your RSVP was submitted?
You do not need to contact me. Simply return to the RSVP page. If the information you added to the form (phone number, guest number, phonetic pronunciation, etc.) appears when you log in with your username, your information was successfully submitted.
Need to change or add information to your RSVP?
You do not need to contact me. Simply return to the RSVP page and make the necessary changes by the assigned deadline. Your number of guests may be changed until March 31st. Other information (such as information regarding guests with disabilities) may be revised until April 27.
