This e-mail is for graduates who have incorrectly listed names on the RSVP page. If your name is listed correctly, please disregard.
Okay, okay. Last e-mail, at least for today. :-)
Human Resources is going to make this process a lot easier for you (and less of a hassle on your employers and their payroll offices). They are permitting me to submit the completed personal data form for you to them. So, rather than going to your employer, just come to me. Note: The form (and therefore Human Resources) requires your social security number and a copy of your social security card.
I will mail the forms and copies of your SS card in batches once each week through Wednesday, April 12. The earlier you come in, the earlier your form will be sent. Human Resources was unable to say when these will be processed once they are received, only that they need to be submitted ASAP to allow ample time for the correction to be made.
I am in room 26 of Alumni Memorial Building from 8-5 Monday through Friday. If I am out of the office or unavailable, other office personnel will be able to assist you.
