However, this e-mail pertains only to students who submitted their application to graduate to the Office of the Registrar after Thursday, April 17. If you submitted your final application to graduate before this date, you may disregard this e-mail.***
Dear Graduating Student,
The text for the commencement program is submitted weeks in advance of graduation to allow sufficient time for printing. For this reason, the names of students who submitted their final application to graduate after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 will most likely NOT appear in the commencement program.
Be assured that the absence of your name in the program does not affect your ability to participate in the ceremony or to receive your diploma!
