Dear 2009 Spring and Summer Graduates of the College of Arts and Sciences,
To the 500+ students who stopped by Grad Finale to submit their RSVPs for graduation, THANK YOU! You made the College's participation in the event very worthwhile!
Our graduation website is now available to you. We have worked diligently to provide a thorough site to answer the many questions you and your guests might have. Please take some time to read through the tabs and make sure to write down the key dates and deadlines given, including when to pick up your required seating card, when honor cords will be available, and when the graduation rehearsal will be held. The site will be updated as information becomes available, so bookmark it and please send the web address to your guests! You can access the website via the College of Arts and Sciences' home page. Simply go to www.artsci.utk.edu, and click on the graduation graphic to the right.
Still need to RSVP? If you plan to attend the College of Arts and Sciences' commencement ceremony on Friday, May 8, 2009 in Thompson Boling Arena and Assembly Center, you must submit an online RSVP by Tuesday, March 31st. To RSVP, go to the above link, click on the graduation graphic to the right, and select the RSVP Information tab.
Need to change or add information to your RSVP? You do not need to contact me. Simply return to the RSVP page and make the necessary changes by the assigned deadline. Your number of guests may be changed until March 31st. Other information (such as information regarding guests with disabilities) may be revised until April 27.
