Dr. Bruce Ralston, Geography, named recipient of 2009 GIS Champion Award
Dr. Bruce Ralston is named the recipient of this year’s “GIS Champion Award” by the Tennessee Geographic Information Council (TNGIC). He will be presented this award at the annual TNGIC conference on March 31-April 1.
