Congratulations! Your team has qualified to participate in the 
Tennessee Science Olympiad State Tournament. To register your team, please complete the items below.

1. Team Registration – Due Wednesday, March 11th.
   
   
2. Student Roster – Due Wednesday, March 18th. Email completed form to rbroach@utk.edu.

4. Consent for Photography – We will have a professional photographer documenting the tournament. A photo release form must be signed by all students and coaches. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature. Turn in photo release forms at the registration table on tournament day.
