Helping students get Ready for the World
The University's Ready for the World program is an ambitious plan to help UT students gain the international and intercultural knowledge they need to succeed in today's world. It grew out of the Quality Enhancement Plan that was central to the University's 2005 reaccreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and aims to transform the undergraduate academic experience at UT by infusing international and intercultural content into the curriculum and increasing the global competency of UT faculty and staff.
Quality Enhancement Plan
The original Quality Enhancement Plan submitted to SACS is available as a multi-page HTML document or as a PDF document. (These links are secured and are accessible only from within the UTK campus network.)
